CRM

CRM task allows for the import in WAM of the customer database based on an external id. It allows for a dedicated segmentation and for cross device identification of users.

This type of configuration have some prerequisite to comply with:

• A namespace must exist: is an internal bucket to which custom segment can be linked for segmentation

• A namespace pattern must exist: is a key used to identify crm user on online collect

Namespace and namespace pattern can be created in the settings page:

To create a configuration, in the data entry manager module, select CRM as file type and fill required fields:

The file should be a csv file format including the extension and use the delimiter defined in the configuration.

For instance, in the case the identifier label in the configuration is “id” and the separator is set to pipe, the content of the file should be:
