Data entry manager (D.E.M)

The Data entry manager is a module which allows to import user data via flat files to enrich and consolidate taxonomies.

The module is articulated as follow:

  • New entry: Access to a form to create a new connection and or configuration

  • Connections: lists existing connections and file import setups linked to each connection

  • Jobs: an overview of the last thousand job or the last three month if the number of file is below a thousand

  • Details: provides details on the file import configuration at the time it was imported

 

Three type of data import are supported and described in dedicated pages linked at the bottom of the page:

  • CRM

  • Proxy

  • Offline datalayer

Files are retrieved hourly and processed by order of retrieval. During the process the imported files will change status with the following workflow:

  • pending

  • processing

  • finished / failed
