SFTP

The SFTP connection type requires the following information in order to be validated and created with success:

• Label: the name of the connection to identify on the interface

• Hostname: the hosting server address

• Port: the open port on which exchanges with the servers should be dialed upon

• Authentication by: the way of identifying on the server. It can be by a password or by a ssh key.

• Username: the user to use in order to connect on the SFTP

• Password: the user’s password to authentify on the SFTP

• SSH private Key: the private key associated to the user

Open

Once all mandatory fields are set and valid, click the create button. An attempt to identify on the server will be initiated. If it fails, an error will be returned and it will be possible to edit the connection’s details.
