Taxonomies

To create a new taxonomy, navigate to the “Taxonomy actions” button and select create a new taxonomy.

Open

Set a label and define the retention of the taxonomy. The retention is the timeframe during which users remain attributed to a segment. there are two options:

• 30 days

• 395 days

Open

Once created, the taxonomy will be available in the list of existing taxonomies.

Note, WAM supports up to five taxonomies.
