Activation to Xandr
Users will be able to activate their contextual segments to their Xandr accounts directly from GoldenFish. After selecting the segments to activate and defining the campaign period, the you will be able to select the Xandr DSP target. From there, you will be able to choose the relevant Xandr account from the dropdown on the right.
Once the segment has been activated, the details of the inventory delivery can be viewed in the Activated Segments dashboard. Here, you can see the details of the activated segment. For each level of intensity, we will create a DSP segment, and you can use the DSP ids to locate the segments on Xandr. The segments can also be located using the inventory delivery name.
After activating your segments, you will be able to view them on your Xandr account. We would advise that you wait a few hours before checking in order to give the inventory delivery time to be completed.
To view your segments after logging into your Xandr account, you can click on Audiences at the top of the page and select Segments. For segments that were activated to the Weborama France (9944) Xandr account, you can find them under the “My Segments” tab. For segments activated to all other Xandr accounts they can be found under the “Third Party Segments” tab. This is because the Weborama France account serves as a pivot for all other Xandr accounts. In this example, as the segments have been activated to the Weborama Spain (11063) Xandr account, the segments can be seen under the “Third Party Segments” tab.
You can search for your segments in the search bar by using the full inventory delivery name or DSP ids from GoldenFish.
You also have the possibility to check your segment volume estimate on Xandr. It’s important to note that this volume estimate is based on users, not URLs.
Click on the ellipsis next to “Audiences” on the top of the page and select Planning. Then, you will see a section at the bottom that says “No plans have been made yet”. Select “Create plan to get started.”
In the left panel under “Create a New Plan”, click on the Targeting tab and then “Edit” in the Audience Segments section to start viewing your segments. Click on the “Third Party Segments” tab, and you can search for your segments in the search bar by either using the inventory delivery name or the DSP ids from GoldenFish.
If you enter in the inventory delivery name, you’ll be able to see volumes for all DSP ids associated with this segment. You can create a group by clicking on the checkmark next to the segment name where you’ll be able to see volumes between segments using the “And/Or” options.
