There are a number of actions that users can perform on extant contextual segments, both individually and as Bulk actions for multiple segments.

Single segment actions

To access single segments actions, the user can click the three dot icon to the far right for a given segment. A drop down menu will appear that lists the available actions.

Edit

Choosing Edit will redirect to the Segment Edition section, the main menu for choosing keywords to be included and/or excluded when building segments.

Open

Rename

Segments can easily be renamed by users at any time.

Export to CSV

Segment data is available to users by choosing Export to CSV. The data found here reflects the criteria with which the segment was built or edited in Segment Edition.

Bulk actions

Bulk Share

The Bulk Share action has the same options as the Share action, except for the ability to share multiple segments. The user can choose segments manually, filter by name, or choose all.

Bulk Move

With the  Bulk Move action, users have the possibility to move their contextual segment from one project to another. 

Bulk Delete

Users wanting to delete multiple segments at once can use Bulk Delete to easily remove segments.
