Inventory Deliveries Monitoring

Inventory Deliveries Monitoring

The goal of this feature is to allow users to be able to monitor precisely the volumes of matching URLs delivered for their activated segments.

This feature mostly impacts the Activated Segment Board, with the introduction of a new modal displaying a set of 3 distinct types of graphs and up to 6 graphs available per activated segment in total.

This feature is available for every user with access to a contextual account.

In terms of added value, this feature allows our users to easily monitor the delivered volumes of their activated contextual segments toward their target.

Please find below the documentation explaining the Inventory Delivery Monitoring feature.

The Monitoring Graphs can be accessed through the Activated Segment Board of your account.
You will notice a new icon at the right end of your Inventory Delivery line, below one of your listed activated segments (cf Screenshot below)

Warning: This icon will be locked for 24h after the launch of your new Inventory Delivery

Monitoring Modal

After clicking on the monitoring icon for a specific Inventory Delivery, you will see a new Monitoring modal displayed in an overlay on top of the Activated Segment board.

This new modal will allow you to monitor the delivered volumes of your Inventory Delivery through
3 distinct types of Graphs: Hourly/ Daily/ Monthly

These 3 graphs are all available in two distinct modes: Global and Score, and all 6 of them are configurable thanks to a date selector in order for you to choose the precise time span you want to monitor.

  • Daily Graph :

    Daily Graph in global mode

The Daily Graph is the monitoring Graph that will be open by default when you open the Monitoring board for a specific Inventory Delivery.

The global graph curve is made by the association of daily data points representing the estimation of matching URLs having been delivered on a daily basis.

Switching the display of this Graph to Score mode will allow you to see these detailed points in a detailed manner, with a data curve for each of your scores.
You can also hide a specific curve in order to monitor precisely the number of matching URLs with a specific score having been delivered, to do so, just click on the score you want to hide on top of the graph.

  • Hourly Graph :

The Hourly Graph is the second monitoring Graph that can be open when you open the Monitoring modal for a specific Inventory Delivery.

The global graph curve is made by the association of hourly data points representing the estimation of matching URLs delivered on an hourly basis.

Switching the display of this Graph to Score mode will allow you to see these points in a detailed manner, with a data curve for each of your scores.
You can also hide a specific curve in order to monitor precisely the number of matching URLs with a specific score having been delivered. To hide a curve, just click on the score you want to hide on the top of the graph.

  • Monthly Graph :

The Monthly Graph is the third monitoring Graph that can be opened when you open the Monitoring modal for a specific Inventory Delivery. You will need a job active for at least one month in order to access this graph.

The global graph curve is made by the association of weekly data points representing the estimation of matching URLs delivered on a monthly basis.
